Overview

Tafamidis Meglumine is a chaperone amyloid fibril inhibitor used for the treatment of patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) and transthyretin-related hereditary amyloid polyneuropathy (hATTR-PN). It stabilizes transthyretin, thus preventing the misfolding and deposition of amyloid fibrils in tissues.
