Riociguat

Overview

Riociguat is a soluble guanylate cyclase stimulator that works by increasing the sensitivity of soluble guanylate cyclase to endogenous nitric oxide. It is used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension.
