Relugolix

Overview

Relugolix is an orally-active non-peptide gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonist used in the treatment of hormone-sensitive conditions such as prostate cancer and uterine fibroids. It works by reducing the levels of certain hormones in the body, thus inhibiting tumor growth in hormone-dependent cancers.
