Overview
Nintedanib Esylate is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and certain types of non-small cell lung cancer. It inhibits multiple receptor pathways, leading to reduced tumor angiogenesis and fibrosis.
