Everolimus

Overview

Everolimus is an mTOR inhibitor and derivative of Sirolimus, used in the treatment of various types of cancer and in preventing organ transplant rejection. It acts by inhibiting the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway, which is involved in cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and metabolism.
