Overview
Darifenacin Hydrobromide is an antimuscarinic drug used to treat overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency. It works by inhibiting the M3 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor, which relaxes bladder smooth muscle.
