Crizotinib
Overview
Crizotinib is an oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and c-ros oncogene 1 (ROS1), and is primarily used for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is designed to block the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting the action of the kinases involved in their proliferation.
