Clozapine

Overview

Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic used for the treatment of resistant schizophrenia and for reducing the risk of suicidal behavior in people with schizophrenia. It works by blocking various neurotransmitter receptors in the brain, particularly serotonin and dopamine receptors.
