Carbamazepine

Overview

Carbamazepine is an anticonvulsant and mood-stabilizing drug used primarily in the treatment of epilepsy and bipolar disorder. It is also used to relieve trigeminal neuralgia, a disorder that causes severe facial nerve pain.
