Canagliflozin

Overview

Canagliflozin is a sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor used in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It works by blocking the reabsorption of glucose in the kidneys, leading to increased glucose excretion.
