Binimetinib
Overview
Binimetinib is a small molecule inhibitor of MEK1 and MEK2, proteins that play a key role in the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway involved in cell proliferation. It is used in the treatment of certain types of melanoma in combination with other therapies.
