Belinostat

Overview

Belinostat is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor used in the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphoma. It works by inhibiting HDAC enzymes, leading to an accumulation of acetylated histones and proteins that induce cell cycle arrest or apoptosis of cancer cells.
