Adagrasib

Overview

Adagrasib is a small molecule inhibitor targeting the KRAS G12C mutation, a common oncogenic driver in several types of cancer including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It works by selectively binding to and inhibiting the mutant KRAS protein, thereby inhibiting cancer cell proliferation.
