Are you a broker?
No. We don't buy, sell, hold stock, or take title. We're a paid advisory service — we find and vet the options; you contract directly with the supplier you choose. That keeps our advice independent.
How much does it cost?
We scope a flat, transparent fee per brief before any work begins — and we never take a commission from suppliers. Repeat buyers can move to a retainer. There's no charge to send a brief and get a quote.
How fast is it?
We aim to acknowledge every brief within one business day and return an initial shortlist within a few days, depending on how specialized the material is.
What do I actually receive?
A side-by-side comparison of candidate suppliers: the regulatory records behind each (DMF or CEP, registered site, GMP certificates, enforcement history), what the supplier confirmed about grade, availability and lead time, any red flags, and our recommendation. Final qualification, including audit, remains yours.
