Overview
Sotalol Hydrochloride is a class III anti-arrhythmic agent that works by blocking potassium channels, which prolongs repolarization. It is used primarily to treat serious ventricular arrhythmias and to maintain normal sinus rhythm in patients with atrial fibrillation.
