Pentoxifylline
Overview
Pentoxifylline is a methylxanthine derivative and a non-selective phosphodiesterase inhibitor that is used to improve blood flow in patients with circulation problems. It helps to reduce blood viscosity and increase red blood cell flexibility, thereby improving oxygenation to tissues.
