Overview
Galsulfase is an enzyme replacement therapy for patients with Mucopolysaccharidosis VI (MPS VI), a lysosomal storage disorder caused by the deficiency of the enzyme N-acetylgalactosamine 4-sulfatase. It helps reduce glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) accumulation in tissues and improve walking and stair-climbing capacity.
