Cilostazol

Overview

Cilostazol is a phosphodiesterase III inhibitor that suppresses platelet aggregation and is a direct arterial vasodilator used to improve symptoms of intermittent claudication in patients with peripheral vascular disease. It works by inhibiting platelet aggregation and expanding arteries to increase blood flow.
