Baclofen

Overview

Baclofen is a centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant and an antispastic agent, primarily used for the treatment of spasticity. It functions as a GABA_B receptor agonist, which helps reduce muscle spasms and is commonly used in cases of multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, or diseases.
