FDA-registered API manufacturing sites by country (all countries)
For every country with at least one FDA-registered establishment listing API manufacture: the number of such sites and of all FDA-registered drug establishments. Recount behind the API manufacturing geography report.

- Population
- Drug establishments with an FEI in the FDA Drug Establishments Current Registration Site on 23 Oct 2026.
- Method
- Count of establishments by registered address country. Country names are as parsed from the register.
- Limitations
- US-facing sites only. Site counts are not capacity or output. The August 2026 edition of the report counted 2,385 API sites; this recount finds 2,412, and China (508) now narrowly exceeds the United States (507).
- Licence
- Derived counts under CC BY 4.0 (credit “PharmaTek Intelligence”); FDA records are US public domain.
